Pitt Online students are provided with 24/7 technical support to ensure anytime, anywhere access to your online course.

Online students will be provided a wide range of computing resources, including a University computing and email account, which will be used for all course communication Additionally, discounted computer equipment and software can be purchased through the University’s Software Licensing Services.
