Advance Your Expertise in Corporate Compliance

The Online Graduate Certificate program in Corporate Compliance prepares you to meet the rising demand for skilled compliance professionals. As globalization accelerates, U.S. and international organizations face increasingly complex legal and regulatory requirements. This program equips you to design, implement and evaluate compliance programs that protect organizations from legal exposure and reputational risk. In just 10 months of classes taught by faculty with deep industry expertise, you’ll master the legal foundations of corporate compliance; ethics and compliance standards; designing, auditing and measuring the effectiveness of compliance programs; and conducting investigations. A capstone seminar lets you analyze a real-world compliance scenario and present recommendations as if to regulators. You’ll learn how to monitor organizational misconduct, establish reporting mechanisms, audit compliance and ethics risks, and address disclosure obligations. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in corporate compliance and ethics, regulatory affairs, ESG and CSR policy development, financial fraud prevention, and auditing across corporate, nonprofit and governmental sectors.
